We’re BlaQ again – Come join the BlaQ team as a fun way to get fit and meet new people. You will also learn a bit about healthy eating too, with our post-workout yarns around nutrition aimed at helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals. It’s free and designed for all fitness levels, so don’t be shame!

What is a Strong & Fit class?
This class combines strength training with cardio exercises to improve overall fitness and muscular endurance. These classes often incorporate a variety of exercises, including bodyweight movements, weights, and equipment like medicine balls and resistance bands, to build strength and burn calories.
