HEAL Group Fitness Zone

Are you ready for a ‘new you’? Want to get fit and fabulous for Mardi Gras? 

 

Come join the BlaQ team as we get into the ‘Fitness Zone’ this summer!  This eight-week boot camp will be a fun way to get fit and meet new people.  You will also learn a bit about healthy eating too, with our post-workout yarns around nutrition aimed at helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

 

It’s free and designed for all fitness levels, so don’t be shy! 

 

When is it: 

Each session is an hour, starting at 7 am and going through to 8 am.

 

The class schedule is Mon – Thu, for 8 weeks.

 

January

  • Week 1 – 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th January
  • Week 2 – 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th January
  • Week 3 – 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd January
  • Week 4 – 28th, 29th, and 30th January

February

  • Week 5 – 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th February
  • Week 6 – 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th February
  • Week 7 – 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th,February
  • Week 7 – 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th February

 

Where to meet:

The classes will be held at the NCIE in the heart of Redfern, 180 George Street.  No need to sign up, just come along on the day!

 

What to bring/wear: 

  • A towel
  • A water bottle
  • Workout clothes
  • Comfortable, supportive footwear such as sneakers
