We’re BlaQ again – Come join the BlaQ team as a fun way to get fit and meet new people. You will also learn a bit about healthy eating too, with our post-workout yarns around nutrition aimed at helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals. It’s free and designed for all fitness levels, so don’t be shame!

National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) in the heart of Redfern, 180 George Street.
What to bring/wear:
Wednesday’s are Strength Class. What is a strength class?
Strength classes are full-body workouts designed to help improve muscular strength. Weight training can help to build muscle and offset the rate of muscle mass loss during weight loss, so in this way, it can be good for weight loss.

Please arrive 10 minutes before start time. No registration required – just show up.
